TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PRODUCT RETURNS
Return due to the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal (according to article 3 of Law 2251/94 as in force):
If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is intended for personal use only, you are entitled to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery to you, by returning the product to us.
The right of withdrawal applies if:
The product is in its original condition, with all its accessories and the accompanying forms – your declaration to this effect is made before the 14 days have elapsed since the product was delivered to you
Shipping costs:
return by your own means and cost within 14 calendar days from the date of your aforementioned Declaration of Assignment (whether you return it yourself to the point indicated by us or send it by a carrier).
Check & Refund:
Provided that within the said period the product is received by us, and after checking and ascertaining its good condition as aforesaid, we will refund to you in full the price you have paid for the purchase in question, in the same manner as you had paid for it, no later than 14 days from the day on which your Declaration of Withdrawal is sent.
